Video Conference

All Businesses have a legal responsibility to train their staff in Data Protection. Your Services as a Business Buckler Franchisee help them satisfy this requirement, protect their business and prevent them being fined for non-compliance!

Once you have completed your Business Buckler training you will be accredited by Transition Law S.H.I.E.L.D. to deliver your services as an Accredited Trainer.

 

You will deliver the necessary training to Companies large and small, remotely or face to face, in small groups and large ones.

Data Protection training is a Legal requirement in every business, so every client becomes a repeat customer. New staff Members will need to be trained. Existing staff need their skills updated. YOU become the 'Go To' Person and the one they recommend to others!

can i do it?

It is perfectly natural to have some doubts initially but you will be fully supported by an experienced team dedicated to your success who ensure you are always up to date and fully informed about changes to the rules. Business Buckler supplies all the training materials and does all the legal research for you - Your job is to liaise with the clients, deliver the training and grow you business!

what you get..

Your own fully supported Business with a comprehensive Marketing system to deliver a product every business needs.

Once your application is accepted and the Licence Fee has been paid, your initial training will start, providing you with the knowledge and skills you need as a Business Buckler Franchisee and S.H.I.E.L.D. Accredited Trainer.

The on-boarding process is conducted remotely by one to one Video conference which maximises the effectiveness of the training, removes the need for unnecessary travel and disruption to your day and is conducted at the speed required by the trainee.

We will discuss with you the most effective timetable for your training. We can provide initial training to suit you, including, evenings, weekends and between existing school or work commitments.

We would expect an average part time training programme to take two weeks but this can be completed in much less time depending on the new Franchisees availability.

The Business Support Hub provides you with everything you need to manage and grow your business from Branded paperwork templates and video training to bespoke advice and documentation to manage your new business.

Business Meeting
COSTS

FULL BUSINESS PACKAGE £4800

The cost of starting your a Business Buckler Franchise is just £4800 inclusive of everything you need to get fully trained and start earning money with enough Stationery & Marketing materials to engage at least 50 Clients.

The average client spend is £600 - £1000. Each client will need your services on a regular basis which means
each Client becomes a repeat Customer for your services providing you with repeating income.

There are no monthly fees to pay to retain your Accredited status.

We have kept the repeating costs to a minimum. The Annual Licence Renewal Fee is £850

The Commission payable to
Business Buckler is 5% of Sales turnover or 10% for leads we supply you with.

The Licence and Commission payments help us to provide you with Administration, updates to your delivery system
